- Apply as a perfume on the inner part of your wrists, elbow and sides of your neck
- Apply onto palm of your hand then rub hands together cup over your nose and mouth to breathe in the goodness.
- Apply to pressure points, temples, behind each ear and side of neck for an overall sense of calm and well-being.
- Direct inhalation by bringing roller ball close to your nose and taking a deep breathe in. Repeat as desired. Available in 10ml thick Amber bottle with stainless steel roller ball.
